Flock Cameras Can Surveil Cars Without License Plates

Flock introduced a surveillance camera system that can identify cars without license plates. The system uses a 'Vehicle Fingerprint' technology that analyzes decals, bumper stickers, and other vehicle features. This technology allows law enforcement to track cars even without license plate information.
